Khmer Rouge verdict - A man who ran a notorious torture prison where more than 14,000 people died during the Khmer Rouge regime has been found guilty of war crimes and sentenced to 35 years in prison in Cambodia. Read the full story.

Iran nuclear - Iran says it will submit a letter to the International Atomic Energy Agency on Monday, proposing to restart limited talks on an exchange of nuclear fuel.

Hostage executed – French hostage Michel Germaneau has been executed by his al-Qaeda-linked captors in the north African country of Mauritania, French President Nicolas Sarkozy says.

Iraq bombing – A suicide bomber drove a bus into the compound of the Saudi-funded al-Arabiya TV in central Baghdad Monday, killing at least three people and wounding 16 others, officials say.

Naomi Campbell hearing - Judges have approved British supermodel Naomi Campbell's request to postpone her testimony at the "blood diamonds" war crimes trial for a former Liberian president. Campbell was scheduled to appear July 29 at the trial in The Hague, Netherlands, but will now appear on August 5.
